Market Outlook
Despite the state of the economy, Keller Williams has expanded in the Luxury Homes division. According to a quote from agent Mark Jacobs on loansafe.org , the luxury home market has remained stable and unaffected by the housing downturn.
Further evidence of the resilience of real estate in our area is in the "Top 10 Markets" list from Inman News. Kansas City is listed among the top 10 markets for real estate agents. The list was developed based on a number of factors (sales, median sales price, licensee data, and Realtor membership counts). Sales for new homes in Kansas City are up by 16 percent over last year as reported by KCRAR.
